Chronicle of a death foretold or what could cause a short circuit

The adoption of a government decree obliging retail chains to provide privileged display of Bulgarian regional food products provoked strong objections and sharp opposition from large retail chains. The decree is clearly unlawful, giving rise to questions about its existence and effect and creating serious grounds for challenging it without a time limit.
