we are looking for

• 3-5 years of experience, including 1-2 years as an employment attorney;
• excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English (knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage);
• top-level theoretical knowledge of Romanian and EU law, with a focus on employment;
• business acumen, a proactive, positive and resilient attitude, strong interpersonal skills, commitment to outstanding teamwork and client service;
• attention to detail, analytical and research skills;
• well-organised in project and time management;
• curiosity and interest in continuous learning and development.
