What We Expect From You:

• Hungarian law degree
• Excellent English language skills – both spoken and written
• Minimum one year experience as an attorney at law OR associate preparing for the bar exam with at least one year banking & finance experience 
• Advanced knowledge of banking & finance law, including lending and security structures
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness and a solution-oriented mindset

Advantages:
