Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and representation in corporate law matters
- Draft, review and negotiate agreements and other legal documents
- Handle corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring
- Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments
- Advise clients on compliance with Turkish and international corporate laws and regulations
- Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and trust
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Türkiye
- Experience in corporate law
- Strong knowledge of Turkish corporate law, with experience in international legal matters
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity and ethical standards
