In 2020, Andrei rode into our Schoenherr world on his motorcycle. As the Head of Digitalisation
his job is to ensure our firm is on top of legal tech developments. His responsibilities also include
training users in selecting and using the right tools, improving internal processes, and enhancing
our legal advisory and client tech experience.

Who are you and what do you do?
Hi, I'm Andrei!
In my role as Head of Digitalisation, I am responsible for finding, analysing, and implementing tools
that improve our internal processes, enhance our legal services, and support our clients. Together
with my team, I get to support basically every unit in our firm with exciting digitalisation projects
and improving their services.

What do you appreciate most about your job?
It is really cool to know that any technological development I read about in the news could soon
end up on my desk and I get to work with it. Now, with exciting developments in AI, for instance,
there are various new ideas and the way we provide legal advice will change continuously.
Contributing to this journey is an exciting opportunity, and I enjoy this challenging, and surely not
dull, ongoing transformation. After all, the only constant is change, isn’t it?

What was your greatest experience at Schoenherr so far?
It’s impossible to pinpoint one specific moment especially with innovation and legal tech being a
marathon and not a sprint. The people who accompany us on this development make every part
of the journey special. For me, I am fortunate to work with such smart and kind colleagues, so that
every day is a great day and includes fun and exciting highlights.
