Get to know our Knowledge Coach Sandra Beneder

Sandra joined Schoenherr in 2012 as a legal assistant. From day one she embarked on an
endless path of growth and development, fuelled by intense curiosity and passion. Today
she is our Knowledge Coach, responsible for developing and managing trainings, e-learning
concepts and much more. She recently brought a project to life that is very dear to her heart:
our apprenticeship for legal assistants.

Who are you and what do you do?
Hi, I'm Sandra.
I am part of Schoenherr's HR team and my job title – Knowledge Coach – pretty much sums
up what I do. I develop training concepts and material and hold training sessions, and I am
responsible for our legal assistants, especially when it comes to their training. Whenever
projects pop up, I work and support on those as well. And I am responsible for our
apprenticeship for legal assistants which has started in autumn 2023.

What do you like most about your job?
My days are never boring, and I honestly look forward to every training I hold. Seeing people
develop and grow is extremely rewarding for me and I'm happy to be part of so many
individual growth stories.

What I find particularly amazing at Schoenherr is…
… that we are an unconventional law firm. We do not limit ourselves to the well-worn trail, but dare
to explore new pathways. And our people enrich every meeting, training and encounter that I have,
day in and day out.

What was the best advice you ever got?
Just try it, you have nothing to lose.
