No matter what stage of your career you are at, we strongly believe in ongoing personal and professional development. This is why we offer training opportunities specific to your current needs. Whether it is a language course, presentation technique training, or participation in a conference, with our tailor-made training curricula you will continuously be encouraged to broaden your horizons.

Of course there are specific topics relevant to your practice group or department at Schoenherr. This is why we host regular PG and department specific trainings. It is not only a chance to exchange knowledge on topics relevant to your day-to-day tasks, but also an opportunity to meet your colleagues from around CEE.

Ongoing mentorship, feedback and exchange among team leaders as well as peers, play a crucial role in growing as a lawyer or business professional. This is why we organise regular feedback and mentoring talks. It is our goal to find out how best to support you in your professional development.

Trainings do not necessarily have to take place in person. We want to give you the flexibility to learn when and where you want. Our Schoenherr e-cademy gives you the opportunity to do just that, with a wide array of trainings relevant to your specific role within the firm.
