On Friday, 17 January 2025, from 2pm -3pm, Schoenherr expert Marguerita Sedrati-Müller will participate in a panel discussion titled "The Mediation of AI-Sourced Labour Disputes".

This panel will discuss the following topics:

• how AI transformation takes place in the workplace; 
• how courts may be expected to deal with workplace conflicts involving algorithmic systems, as well as
• what we may expect as future sources of conflict involving AI systems and digital transformation in general.
