AIJA 62nd International Young Lawyers' Congress 2024

The pervasive influence of AI, notably exemplified by ChatGPT, presents multifaceted challenges across industries, including law. On 4th September, a two-part explorative session will delve into AI and ChatGPT’s influence, from both a non-contentious and a contentious perspective.

Schoenherr expert Marguerita Sedrati-Müller was a speaker at the panel titled "Global problems: associate, employee, staff 2.0 – AI and ChatGPT – from merits to dispute resolution – part 1", sharing her insights on leveraging AI in legal tech.

Schoenherr expert Sara Khalil was speaking at the second part of the panel, sharing her expertise especially on dispute resolution in this regard, including AI and ChatGPT’s role in both the courts and arbitration.
