Stefanie Aichhorn-Wöss has contributed to the latest LexisNexis commentary on the Stock Corporation Law in Austria (§§ 4 and 5).
§§ 4 and 5 cover – from a practitioner's view – the law on the company name and the law on the corporate seat, including the cross-border relocation of the corporate seat or the administrative seat.  

Zurab Simonishvili and Sebastian Lukic have contributed to the commentary​ sections 3, 16, 17, 145, and 146.
These sections cover the law on listed stock corporations, the establishment and content of the articles of association, including the principle of "Satzungsstrenge", and amendments to the articles of association, including breaches of the articles of association ("Satzungsdurchbrechung").
