Assessing International Capital Markets Forum

The Assessing International Capital Markets Forum is organised by Maib in association with the Bucharest Stock Exchange in partnership with WOOD & Co. and supported by EBA and AmCham Moldova. The event aims to introduce Moldovan corporates to accessing equity and debt financing via listing on an international stock exchange. The panellists will discuss the advantages of the listing, ways to list, technical aspects, necessary approvals, investor demand and other topics.

Schoenherr Romania local partner Narcisa Oprea has been invited to speak on the second panel of this event. Together with her co-panellists, she will talk about the listing roadmap and investor expectations.
