Austria/CEE: Schoenherr named leading Austrian M&A Legal Advisor for 2019
Schoenherr has maintained its position as the top M&A legal advisor in the Austrian market for over a decade, leading the Austrian Mergermarket M&A league tables.
Based on comprehensive deal data compiled by leading business intelligence provider Mergermarket, Schoenherr advised on the highest number of qualifying M&A transactions in Austria in 2019*.
By advising on 17 Austria-related deals, Schoenherr outperformed the other considered law firms in the ranking. In addition, Schoenherr attained an excellent Mergermarket ranking in its CEE jurisdictions.
