Austria: Schoenherr advises allmyhomes GmbH on joint venture to enter Austrian market

The newly founded AMH AT GmbH marks the Austrian market entry for allmyhomes, which has already secured projects with a total volume of EUR 161m in Austria. Further projects with a volume of around 90 million euros have already been contractually agreed. allmyhomes will hold a 75% stake in the new joint venture. Schoenherr advised on all Austrian law aspects of the transaction; Raue Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten und Rechtsanwältinnen mbB (Andreas Nelle und Clausen Hinnerk) acted as lead counsel.

allmyhomes is a real estate marketing platform founded in Berlin offering data-based marketing of new-build apartments as well as financing brokerage for buyers in Austria through licensed cooperation partners. In 2021 the allmyhomes GmbH successfully entered the Spanish market.
