Austria: Schoenherr advises Mavie Next GmbH and Mavie Holding GmbH on investment by Raiffeisen-Holding NÖ-Wien

Mavie Next was founded in 2020 as a corporate start-up of UNIQA Insurance Group. The company aims to develop into a holistic and modern healthcare provider that supports people throughout their lives in maintaining and improving their health. Its portfolio includes Mavie Work (corporate health services with around 290 corporate clients), Mavie Telemed (online consultations with medical professionals), MavieMe (innovative home tests for blood and gut microbiome) and cura domo (a market leader in 24-hour care with more than 2,200 caregivers). Mavie also focuses on innovation and makes strategic investments in companies with which it jointly develops new business models.

The collaboration with Raiffeisen-Holding NÖ-Wien supports Mavie Next's further expansion in its existing business areas and marks another step in its development into a leading holistic and modern healthcare provider. Raiffeisen-Holding NÖ-Wien is the largest private investment holding in Austria.
