Austria: Schoenherr further strengthens dispute resolution practice and promotes Victoria Pernt to counsel

Victoria Pernt's experience spans many fields and industries. It includes highlights such as a USD 1.5 billion pharmaceutical dispute and a complex telecommunications dispute in Kosovo. Victoria Pernt's prior experience comprises representing the State of Moldova, and a Cypriot investor against the State of Serbia, respectively, in investment disputes under the ICSID Rules.

In March, arbitration expert Leon Kopecký, who has helped the Schoenherr team gain international recognition, was promoted to partner.

About Victoria Pernt

Prior to joining Schoenherr in 2015, Victoria Pernt was an associate in New York and in Vienna. She is a member of the Vienna and the New York Bars. Her track record includes four ICSID arbitrations, all decided in favour of Schoenherr's clients, and a number of commercial arbitrations under the rules of all main arbitral institutions. Pernt holds degrees from the Universities of Vienna (2011) and Chicago (2014) and is fluent in German, English, and French.
