Bosnia & Herzegovina: Schoenherr advises UniCredit Bank on EUR 50m MREL bond issuance

The bonds were issued through a private placement to pre-identified investors and have a five-year maturity and a fixed annual interest rate of 4.00 %. The issuance forms part of the bank's funding strategy and aligns the bank with regulations relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities (MREL).

This transaction is a notable development for the capital markets landscape in Bosnia and Herzegovina and further supports the implementation of UniCredit Bank's capital and funding strategy.
