Bulgaria: Schoenherr advises Revetas Capital on refinancing of Park Center Sofia and its follow-up sale to TSH Investment

The firm's role included negotiating the refinancing terms with the original bank and the new private lender, as well as negotiating and executing the transfer to TSH Investment.

The company's proficiency encompasses location selection, acquisition, development, leasing and management. It owns four retail parks across Bulgaria and holds a stake in the Mega Mall shopping centre in Sofia.

Hus Invest develops residential construction in Plovdiv and Sofia.
