Organised by the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest, the 15th edition of the annual Business Law Conference will take place on 16 – 17 May 2024 in Bucharest. This year's edition is entitled "Business Law in Survival Mode" and focuses on legal solutions for distressed companies.
Partner Iustin Armasu has been invited to serve as a speaker on a panel addressing strategies for companies to prevent insolvency. Alongside his fellow panellists, including insolvency practitioners and lawyers, he will discuss how distressed companies can be salvaged by restructuring or out-of-court solutions.
