CEE: Schoenherr scores dual triumph with CEELM and IFLR Awards across Central Eastern Europe

At the CEE Legal Matters Deal of the Year Awards in Prague (1 April), the firm won five awards. The winning mandates included:

• Austrian Deal of the Year for Vauban Infrastructure Partners, EDF Invest and MEAG's EUR 803m acquisition of Austria's largest independent TowerCo from Cellnex
• Bulgarian and CEE Deal of the Year for e&'s acquisition of a controlling stake in PPF Telecom Group's assets in Bulgaria, Hungary, Serbia and Slovakia for EUR 2.15bln
• Croatian and Slovenian Deal of the Year for Resalta's sale to Aggreko

Just two days later, Schoenherr was honoured as the Bulgarian Law Firm of the Year at the IFLR European Awards in London (3 April).
