Competition in Public Procurement Conference: Competition Risks and Practical Remedies

Organised by AmCham Romania in partnership with the Romanian Competition Council, the 7^th edition of the Competition in Public Procurement Conference will take place on 29 April 2024, 2:00pm, in Bucharest. This year's edition focuses on competition risks and practical remedies in public procurement procedures.

Schoenherr Bucharest managing attorney at law Cristiana Manea has been invited as a speaker at the conference. She will discuss about ways for reducing the risks of collusion, including a compliance checklist for bidders procurement procedures.
