Croatia: Schoenherr advises Accession Capital Partners on EUR 30m growth capital investment in Vetti Group

Vetti Group currently operates 20 clinics and veterinary practices across over 35 locations in Croatia and Serbia, employing more than 330 staff, including the region's leading specialists in virtually all veterinary segments. The Group is majority-owned by ASEF S.C.Sp., advised by Provectus Capital Partners (PCP), a prominent private equity firm active in Southeast Europe.

Accession Capital Partners is investing from its fifth fund, AMC V SCA SICAV-RAIF, which closed at EUR 336m in June 2024. ACP has operated in Central Europe since 2000, with offices in Vienna, Warsaw, Bucharest, Budapest, Prague and Luxembourg. It has raised more than EUR 1.2bln in five dedicated growth capital funds and is backed by leading institutional investors such as the European Investment Fund, the International Finance Corporation and the EBRD.

Schoenherr advised ACP on all legal aspects of the transaction, including structuring, due diligence, mezzanine financing, shares subscription and other related M&A matters.
