Schoenherr advised BHM Group, a prominent Czech investment group active in Europe, on the sale of its portfolio of ten A-Centrum retail parks in Poland to the Reticulum Group.

In addition to negotiating the share purchase agreement with Reticulum, the Schoenherr team also advised on the competition law aspects of the transaction.
BHM Group is a private investment company founded in 2014 and majority owned by Tomáš Krsek. It focuses mainly on investments in projects and companies in the fields of new technologies and renewable resources, as well as on development projects across sectors and regions.
Reticulum is a Czech investment company founded 1992 focusing on investments in real estate, agriculture, the food industry and technology. The group is active in 11 countries and has assets under management exceeding EUR 4bln.
