Schoenherr advised Česká spořitelna, a.s., a subsidiary of Erste Group, on the acquisition financing provided to shareholders of GTH Catering for the buyback of an approximately 65 % majority stake from Genesis Private Equity Fund III, a fund of the Genesis Capital Group. The transaction marked the end of Genesis Capital's nearly 16-year investment in GTH Catering.
