Czech Republic: Schoenherr advises Lombard Real Estate GmbH on sale of Diplomat Hotel in Prague

Rabbit Holdings Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based investment firm specialising in financial services (life insurance and asset management) and real estate (including hotels, rental properties and development).

PPF Real Estate Holding is the real estate arm of the PPF Group, a globally active investment group with a focus on developing, managing and investing in properties across Europe and the United States. The holding company operates in the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Germany, the UK and the US, managing a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential and hospitality assets valued at nearly EUR 2bln.
