Drones: from toys to delivery vehicles
The EU appears to be following the steps already taken in the United States, where several companies have already been authorised to use drones for commercial purposes.
This article analyses the existing legislative framework in the EU and national Romanian legislation and identifies the gaps that need to be filled in so as to allow drones to be used as delivery vehicles.
