Feared by some and already embraced by others, legal tech (now also powered by AI) brings promise to general counsels and their in-house teams. Yet, as with any new tool, the adoption of legal tech and AI solutions also depends on increasing awareness, aligning expectations and – most importantly – fostering constructive dialogue among all interested parties.
