Hungary: Schoenherr advises MET Group on completion of its major PV plants in Hungary

The total capacity of the projects is almost 169 MW (DC), covering 134 land plots with a total size of approx. 310 hectares. The firm provided comprehensive legal advice to MET Group, including assistance during the negotiation, preparation and conclusion of the final sale and purchase agreements, the registration of the ownership, the managing of the reclassification process as well as the final plot formation procedures.

The three projects are regarded as the first fully completed solar projects of such significant size. With these projects MET Group strengthens its local footprint in the renewable sector.
