Schoenherr's IP & Technology team recently conducted an NFT self-experiment: from getting a crypto-wallet and finding the best solution for a smart contract, to tokenizing the art respectively minting an NFT to connecting the NFT with a licence and selling it to a museum. Our experts, specialised in various legal fields, analysed the process to compile a complete picture of the legal situation.
Join our webinar on 23 June, 10:00 am CET held in German or on 30 June 10:00 am CET in English to get a 360° NFT legal perspective.
The webinar will be moderated by Michael Woller, partner and co-head of the IP & Technology practice. It will start with a short virtual museum visit to take a look at the NFT which was the centre of the experiment, guided by Guido Kucsko.
