Opportunities for students and young lawyers: Interview with Ana Lupsor of Schoenherr

Schoenherr Bucharest HR manager Ana Lupșor was interviewed by the Romanian legal publication BizLawyer about opportunities for students and young lawyers at Schoenherr. She talked about the firm's internship programmes in Bucharest, the recruitment and selection of young lawyers, and the integration of newcomers. Asked about the expectations of young people who aspire to a career in law, Ana said that they are "attracted by opportunities for growth, access to large and complex projects, a people-centred organisational culture and, at the same time, work-life balance." She pointed out Schoenherr's interest in establishing long-term collaborations with students who demonstrate their abilities and potential during their internship with us. Therefore, many entry-level lawyers have been recruited in this way, and they are the first choice in the recruitment process.
