Schoenherr advised Bank Pekao on the acquisition financing granted to Sando Office for the purchase of Brain Park B, a modern Class A office building located in Kraków. The approximately EUR 40m transaction marks another strategic investment in Poland's commercial real estate market.
Brain Park B offers close to 16,250 m² of gross leasable area. The building is fully leased to tenants including EPAM, Aldi, IBM, Tanium, Emitel and Rise. The property holds BREEAM "Excellent" certification, as well as WELL Health-Safety and WiredScore "Platinum" ratings.
The seller was Echo Investment.
