Poland: Schoenherr advises Gołębiewski Holding on securing seven-year syndicated financing deal

A key role in the transaction was played by Santander Bank Polska, which acted as credit agent and security agent, and provided the largest portion of the financing. Other participating financial institutions included Alior Bank SA and mBank. Final Milestone Corporate Finance Advisory served as exclusive financial advisor, overseeing the entire process.

The financing will be used to refinance existing debt, fund investment expenditures and address ongoing working capital needs. It is also intended to cover the company's long-term investment and operational requirements, offering significant flexibility for Gołębiewski Holding's business operations and substantially lowering its financing costs.
