Poland: Schoenherr advises ID Energy Group on financing of Biopark Dolice biogas plant
Schoenherr advised ID Energy Group on the project financing of the Biopark Dolice power plant, a biogas plant contributing to the development of renewable energy infrastructure and circular economy in Poland.
The firm supported ID Energy throughout the transaction, including the financing documentation and related negotiations. The project marks another step forward in ID Energy's expansion in the Polish green energy sector.
ID Energy Group is an international corporate group committed to renewable energy, with a particular focus on solar photovoltaic technology. The company provides development and construction services, as well as operation and maintenance solutions, for both its own facilities and those of third parties.
The financing was provided by mBank, with CMS acting as lender's counsel.
The Schoenherr team advising ID Energy was led by Ilona Fedurek (partner) and Piotr Bartoś (senior attorney at law).
