Poland: Schoenherr advises mBank on financing for consolidation and modernisation of healthcare facilities
Schoenherr advised mBank on financing the consolidation and modernisation of outpatient healthcare facilities in medium-sized and small cities across Poland. The financing, provided to Unity Care and Salus in cooperation with Enterprise Investors, will support the expansion of the Group and enhance access to high-quality medical services outside major urban centres.
