Schoenherr advised mBank on a new financing package for NU-MED Group, a leading oncology services provider in Poland and part of the Affidea Group. The financing will support the further development of NU-MED's oncology centres.
Affidea is a leading pan-European healthcare group, operating 410 centres across 15 countries. The group specialises in advanced diagnostic imaging, community-based polyclinics, and cancer diagnosis and treatment.
