Schoenherr advised Noctiluca S.A. on its transition from NewConnect to the Warsaw Stock Exchange's (WSE) regulated market. This milestone follows the approval of the company's prospectus by the Polish Financial Supervisory Authority (PFSA) on 8 November 2024.
The firm's services included preparing amendments to corporate documentation, assisting with the preparation of the prospectus, and representing Noctiluca in proceedings before both the PFSA and the WSE to secure the admission of shares for trading.
Noctiluca is a technology company focused on the development of advanced chemical compounds (high-performance materials) that serve as a key component in OLED panels, including displays (monitors, TVs, smartphones, tablets, wearables and virtual reality devices) and light sources (lamps). Its move to the WSE Main Market is a strategic step to enhance visibility and increase exposure to investors.
The Schoenherr team advising Noctiluca was led by Szymon Okoń (partner) and Dawid Brudzisz (counsel), and further included Urszula Śleszycka (associate) and Olga Koncerewicz (associate).
