Poland: Schoenherr advises Nowa Deweloper on Series A bond issue and Catalyst listing

Schoenherr's support covered the entire issuance and offering process, including the preparation of all required issuance and offering documentation, as well as security documents. The team also represented Nowa Deweloper in the proceedings before the Warsaw Stock Exchange in connection with the Catalyst listing.

Nowa Deweloper is a residential real estate developer focused on housing projects in the Silesia region. The company started its operations in Częstochowa and currently also carries out projects in selected cities of the Upper Silesian–Zagłębie Metropolis. The issuer has its origins in Częstobud, a construction company with nearly 17 years of experience in general contracting of building investments, primarily in the public procurement sector. The proceeds from the bond issue will be used to finance the Nowy Reden II residential development project in Dąbrowa Górnicza, carried out by the issuer through a special-purpose vehicle.
