Poland: Schoenherr advises WNS Holdings on acquisition of OptiBuy

Schoenherr advised WNS Holdings, a global business process management company, on the 100 % acquisition of OptiBuy, a leading provider of procurement platform consulting.

WNS is a strategic partner to hundreds of clients, engaging deeply and constantly finding ways to better business outcomes.

OptiBuy is an international consulting firm specialising in procurement management. It provides a wide range of purchasing solutions, leveraging an international network of offices in Poland, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Germany and China, in-depth market knowledge and an extensive set of IT tools.

The team advising on the transaction and representing WNS Holdings was led by Paweł Halwa (partner) and Krzysztof Leśniak (attorney at law) and also consisted of Agnieszka Stawiarska (associate), Klaudia Szatan (associate), Barbara Jóźwik (local partner), Daria Rutecka (attorney at law), Karolina Samocik (associate) and Krzysztof Pawlak (local partner).

The seller was represented by Piotr Kucharczyk of CFA and Mateusz Hoffses of JP Weber. DLA Piper represented OptiBuy, the team was led by Piotr Miller and supported by Michal Sowinski and Jakub Niemiec.
