Poland: Schoenherr doubles its size in Poland by hiring a team of 23 lawyers

This significant expansion underlines Schoenherr's ambition to strategically grow and expand its position as the natural firm of choice for Central Eastern Europe, offering high-end capability across and beyond these markets. 

Szymon Okoń (capital markets), Paweł Chyb (M&A), Ilona Fedurek (banking & finance), Tomasz Kwaśniewski (capital markets, banking & finance), Katarzyna Solarz (corporate), Katarzyna Szczudlik (IP/TMT) and Marcin Czaprowski (M&A) will join as partners and will further strengthen the firm's capabilities in key legal areas.

Over the past few years Poland has emerged as an attractive market for international investors due to its fast-growing economy with a GDP of EUR 650bln. Schoenherr's decision to double its footprint in Poland reflects the growing demand and market opportunities.
