(R)evolution in cybersecurity? Don't be surprised by NIS2 and Czech legislation

The transposition deadline for the NIS2 Directive, a landmark cybersecurity regulation, will expire on 18 October. The transposition is expected to be in force as early as 1 January 2025, introducing new obligations for thousands of companies.
