The German business daily Handelsblatt featured an article today on the growing competition among Austrian law firms for young legal talent. Our Director People & Culture, Marguerita Sedrati-Müller, shared how Schoenherr is actively addressing this challenge.
To spark early interest in the profession, she mentions initiatives like hosting a practice day for students from the Vienna Business School, an event that received very positive feedback. Schoenherr also strengthens talent development through school partnerships, university events, over 180 courses via our Schoenherr Academy, and expanded bar exam prep - ensuring the next generation sees us as a top career choice.
