• new developments in the practice of the Czech and Slovak competition authorities;
• the expected next steps of the authorities and legislators in both countries; and
• the current priorities of both competition authorities.

In the second part they will focus on:

• decision-making practice in the area of (atypical) cartels, and
• the approach of both authorities to associations and alliances.
