In the first part they will discuss:

• new developments in the practice of the Czech and Slovak competition authorities;
• the expected next steps of the authorities and legislators in both countries; and
• the current priorities of both competition authorities.

In the second part they will focus on:

• the new interest of both authorities in anti-competitive practices in labour markets (no-poaching and wage-fixing) and practical advice on how to reduce the risk in this area; and
• the approach of the two authorities to practices in the distribution chain (RPM, restricting online sales).
