Schoenherr secures five wins at 2026 CEE Legal Matters Deal of the Year Awards

This year, Schoenherr once again advised on some of the most high-profile mandates in the region and was therefore honoured by CEE Legal Matters with the following recognitions:

• Austrian Deal of the Year for NXP's acquisition of TTTech Auto from Audi, Aptiv and Infineon

• Hungarian Deal of the Year for Green Factory's acquisition of Bell Food Group's Eisberg business units

• Moldovan Deal of the Year for the establishment of the International Stock Exchange of Moldova

• Serbian Deal of the Year for United Group's sale of SBB Beograd to e& PPF Telecom Group and of Eon TV International to Telekom Srbija

• Montenegrin Deal of the Year for AikGroup's acquisition of shares in Hipotekarna Banka
