The new Czech Act on Foreign Investment Screening is another aspect that must be considered in transactions with foreign elements (not only from the perspective of the notification obligation).
Although foreign investors are obliged to notify, the consequences of a breach may affect other parties as well. If in doubt, optional notification seems to be a good tool.
