On 27 August, the Polish Institute of Business Development will host a webinar titled "Systems for Handling Whistleblower Reports." Schoenherr expert Michał Bering will present on the topic "Understand and Implement: Key Aspects of the Whistleblower Protection Act and an Effective Whistleblower Reporting System" (PL "Zrozum i wdrażaj: Kluczowe aspekty ustawy o ochronie sygnalistów i skuteczny system zgłaszania naruszeń").
The conference is expected to attract approx. 150 participants from companies that will be affected by the Whistleblower Act coming into force on 25 September 2024. The webinar will take place on the ClickMeeting platform and the lecture will last 30-60 minutes.
