To deliver on its commitments under the EU Green Deal, Romania must encourage significant deployment of renewable projects. Some 6 GW of new capacities need to be installed over the next 10 years. Renewable energy investors are ready to tap into this potential and we see rising interest in this market. Still, to bridge the gap between the current reality and 2030 ambitions, the country must continue to develop and strengthen its policies and measures.
