The fight against unfair trade practices is intensifying. The EU Directive on Unfair Trade Practices („UTP“) must be implemented by Member States soon.
Most CEE jurisdictions have, however, already existing laws in place that are significantly stricter than the UTP Directive, which they are enforcing vigorously.
