webinar: "water law in practice"

ÖWAV, the Austrian Water and Waste Management Association, will host the webinar "water law in practice" on 07 April 2022, providing an overview of the most important legal developments and planned legislative projects as well as the current jurisprudence in water law.

Schoenherr attorney Christoph Cudlik will give a presentation on the weighing of interests in water law procedures and the role of public interest in renewable energy therein.
