Austria/Croatia: Schoenherr advises S IMMO AG on acquisition of "Zagrebtower" office complex from CA Immo

The Schoenherr team, led by partner Michael Lagler and counsel Clemens Rainer, advised S IMMO AG on all legal aspects of the transaction, including due diligence as well as drafting and negotiating the contractual documentation. "This transaction is one of the largest real estate transactions in Croatia this year. I am therefore particularly pleased that we were able to advise S IMMO AG on all legal aspects of this acquisition," said Michael Lagler.  

S IMMO AG is a real estate investment company based in Vienna with a real estate portfolio consisting of approximately 70 % commercial properties (offices, shopping centres and hotels) and 30 % residential properties. The acquisition of the "Zagrebtower" will further expand their property portfolio in the Croatian capital.

CA Immo is a Vienna-based property company specialising in the letting, management and development of office buildings. It has property assets of around EUR 5.2bln spread across Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe.

The Schoenherr team was led by Michael Lagler (partner) and Clemens Rainer (counsel).
