Schoenherr advised Renalfa Solarpro Group on the establishment of a joint venture with RGreen Invest – Renalfa Power Clusters (RPC) – for the development of large-scale hybrid renewable energy projects focused on integrating renewable generation with storage technologies in Romania and Poland, with a long-duration battery energy storage system forming a central component.
