Austria: Schoenherr advises Aventario Group owner on sale of majority stake to Waldegg Equity Partners

The Aventario Group specialises in transformation and vendor management consulting for large corporations. The team of around 30 employees supports clients in the procurement of complex services and associated transformation processes. The proprietary software managedsuppliers is designed to increase efficiency and transparency.
